Mangalore, Aug 13, 2014 : Speaking to Haj volinteers on August 12, Haj and Information department Minister’s PS Ajaz Ahammed stated a total of 844 persons will travel to Haj pilgrimage from Mangalore International Airport.
He also said that pilgrims will be trained to tackle the problems they face while travelling, rules to be followed in Mecca and Madina and the guidelines for filing a complaint on loss of luggage.
The training will be imparted in Mangalore for two days. He said that the pilgrims face inconvenience after losing the luggage. Hence, the pigrims should label with complete details the luggages. Karnataka Wakf Board CEO Meer Anees Ahammed also spoke and matters were clarified to the participants.
