Mangalore International Airport adopts ISO / OHSA certification systems

Mangaluru, Mar 24, 2015: The Airports Authority of India (AAI), MIA - Mangaluru International Airport at Kenjar /Bajpe here has adopted the ISO 9001:2008 (Quality Management System), ISO 14001:2004 (Environment Management System) and OHSAS 18001:2007 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System) through M/s Vexil Business Process Services Pvt Ltd, New Delhi, J T Radhakrishna, airport director, MIA stated.
The implementation has been carried out under guidance of the J T Radhakrishna and management representative G S Nataraj, MR-IMS for implementation at the international airport. At the recent re-certification checks at the airport, M/s Vexil Business Process Services Pvt Ltd have re-certified this airports for the above systems from March 11, 2015 to March 10, 2018. Thus the systems at MIA are upgraded to advanced standards.
