Mangalore Airport Ranks 2nd in the Customer Satisfaction Index.

Mangaluru: June 13, 2015: In a recent survey conducted by a Delhi based  agency for the Airport Authority of India, Mangalore Airport has been ranked 2nd out of 53 Airports in the customer satisfaction index.

During 2013, the same survey was conducted and Mangalore Airport had ranked 27th Position.
It is bi-annual customer satisfaction survey conducted by Airport Authority of India in small airports which has less than 15 lac passengers in a year.

The airports were assessed on 33 parameters which include availability of baggage trolleys, parking facilities, waiting time in check-in queue, waiting time for security clearance and cleanliness.
