Man accused of child rape escapes from Jail.

Mangaluru: July 25, 2015: A 35 year old man accused in a sexual assault of child escaped from police custody after he was produced before a judge in city.
The accused Suresh( 35) was arrested under provisions of protection of children from Sexual Offences Act.
The police said that the accused Suresh, escaped after he was produced before an Additional District and Sessions Judge on Thursday night.
He was subjected to medical test and produced before the additional District and session Judges in the latter’s house around 8.30 pm.
The accused pushed Balakrishna Rai after coming out of the Judge’s house and fled away. A case has been registered at local police station.
