Malpe, Aug 23, 2018 : The body of a fisherman who had slipped and drowned two days ago  while fishing in deep sea off the Malpe coast,  was  traced on August 22, Wednesday.


BodyThe deceased fisherman is Balakrishna (46) of Pitrody. A total of five fishermen had ventured into fishing on August 20 morning in the Janani boat from the Malpe Port. Soon after when Balakrishna  was casting the  net  a huge wave had hit the boat making him lose balance and fall into the sea.

Malpe Police have registered a case.
