Referring to comments by Chikkamagluru MLA C T Ravi that the BJP government was responsible for the Yettinahole project and Congress government was taking credit for it, the district BJP leaders, including MP Nalin Kumar Kateel, have to clarify their stand on the Yettinahole project, he said.

While the district leaders are against the project, leaders of the other districts are urging the government to speed up the ongoing works on the project. C T Ravi is a former district in-charge of Dakshina Kannada and the district BJP president Pratap Simha should clarify their stand, he added.

The district BJP leaders are trying to show it to the world that Congress government is responsible for the Yettinahole project. The BJP leaders are protesting just for projecting the government in a bad light and do not have any concern for people.

He urged the MP to tender resignation, if there is any loop hole in the project, and then it should be set right to ensure that the coastal district is not affected by the implementation of the project, he insisted.

Interim president of the district Congress Ibrahim Kodijal, ZP member Melwyn D’Souza and Nazeer were present.

Pulling one another’s leg is the target of present political parties. D’souza is pointing on Kateel regarding the Yettinahole but the Congress or The BJP or any other party the real spirit of nationalism is not present in any dictator or his party. Only Corruption........
