The suspicion is that at least two persons were involved in the crime.
Lakshman was found dead close by his under construction house at Pitrody in Udyavar on February 27. A worker of an ice plant in the vicinity who had arrived to water the under construction house had spotted Lakshman dead with his mobile phone outside.
Though Lakshman’s scooter which was initially missing was later spotted near Murdeshwara lodge, the keys have not been found.
The family members of Lakshman who say he did not have any enemies as such, however suspect this to be a pre-planned murder.
