Kundapur: Youth dies, 4 injured in Omni-bus collision

Kundapur, Jan 26, 2016: A youth lost his life and four others sustained minor injuries in a collision between a Maruti Omni and a bus near the Mullikatte Junction on January 25, Monday.
The deceased youth is Mamith Poojary. Mamith and five others were travelling in the Maruti Omni to Maravanthe frm Kundapur when a bus proceeding towards Kundapur from Trasi collided with their vehicle claiming Mamith’s life.
It is learnt, Mamith died while being rushed to Manipal Hospital. The Maruti Omni was badly mangled due to the impact of the collision.
Gangolli police have registered a case.

The accidents are deadly due to the uncontrollable speed . Wearing helmets is made compulsory but if the speed governor is not applied in the buses moving on the highway. We have to be very careful when we are driving.
The helmets in car is also very important these days . Usually the accident kill the person due to head injury even in a car. Instead the government have to be strict in the traffic rules.
Accident seems to be major . Sorry for Mamith Poojary . Hope the others injured are in recovering state.
