Kundapur, Aug 05, 2019  : A scooterist lost his life, while the pillion rider sustained  critical injuries when their  two-wheeler was hit by a lorry from behind  on the NH 66  at Koteshwara  on August 4, Sunday night.

The deceased is Vivek  (25) from Gavali in Saligrama. He was the manager of  Pai Sales Showroom in Kundapur. His  colleague Sharan Raj (26) sustained injuries in the mishap.  The two were on way to Udupi when the mishap took place.
