Kundapur : Fisherman meets watery grave at Gangolli

Kundapur, June 8, 2016: A man from Bhatkal who had ventured into fishing in the Panchagangavali river at Gangolli has met a watery grave on June 7, Tuesday afternoon.

The deceased has been identified as Rajesh Kharvi (36).  The mishap is learnt to have occurred when he was  trying to remove the fishing net which had stuck  in the base of the river. The deceased used to stay at his sister’s house at Guddikeri.

Gangolli Police have registered a case.
