Khader unhappy over MLA Bharath Shetty joining protest against cremation of Corona victim

Mangaluru, April 24, 2020:   MLA and former minister U T Khader has taken strong exception to the  act of the Mangaluru North MLA Bharath Shetty in opposing the cremation of the second Coronavirus victim of the district.

 

Khader said the MLA instead of joining the people who were protesting should have cleared their doubts and confusion regarding the  cremation of Coronavirus victim.

Khader also said that the district level meetings held regularly should discuss ways to tackle the pandemic instead of just asking people to stay indoors and discussing issues pertaining to closing shops, fish selling etc.

He said the Coronavirus action plan of the administration should also include the measures that need to be taken during cremation  in case a victim dies.
