Kasargod, April 30, 2024: Five persons of a family lost their lives in a horrific collision between a car and a lorry at Krishnapura in Kannur district on Monday night.
Among those killed are three men, a woman and a ten year old boy. They were residents of Chittarikal Bheemanadi.
The deceased are K N Padmakumar (59), Sudhakaran (52), his wife Ajitha (35), her father Krishnan (65) and Ajitha’s nephew Akash.
The car was going towards Kasargod from Kannur when it collided with a lorry laden with LPG cylinders. The car was completely mangled due to the impact of the collision.
