Mangaluru, Dec 23, 2016: Karavali Utsav exhibition inaugurated at the  exhibition grounds near Mangala Stadium on December 23, Friday by District in charge Minister B Ramanatha Rai.

The colourful procession with more than 70 troops ground participating from Karavali Ustav ground to kadri Park . All arrangements have been made to make Karavali Utsav, as a festival of the common man. The Utsav aims to rekindle the glory of the coastal district by bringing alive its unique culture, tradition art as well as cultural   splendour. Dakshina Knnda has unique culture which is liked by many. Various organizations took part in form of Tableau in the inaugural ceremony of Karavali Ustav today. An array of cultural programmes , beach festival too was organised.

Stalls will be set up by various organizations and institutions at the exhibition venue. In addition, an amusement park will be set up inside the exhibition venue exclusively for children.

District in charge minister Ramanath Rai, Mayor Harinath , Food and Civil supplies Minister U T Khader, Shashidar Hege, Pradeep Kumar Kalkura and many  other have been part of the Function.
