Kadaba, Feb 20, 2024: A bike rider lost his life after his two-wheeler was hit by a speeding KSRTC bus at Bilinele on the Uppinangady-Subrahmanya State Highway on Monday.

The deceased is Vasudeva Gowda, a mechanic by profession and resident of Kombaru.

The KSRTC bus hit the bike in the overtaking bid of the driver. Though a critically injured Vasudeva was immediately rushed to the hospital, his life could not be saved,
