Mangaluru, Jan 12, 2021:    One of the icons of Mangalore for religion, Infant Jesus Shrine completes 25 years on January 11, 2021, Monday. The new unique shrine which is the apple of in the eyes of the faithful was opened on January 11, 1996.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

All these years the Shrine has been abode of peace and place to seek God’s favour. Irrespective of religions and caste, people have flocked to this holy Shrine. It’s a place known for devotion to Infant Jesus, also a place of miracles.

 

Most of the miracles have been gift of children, the parents have received. Many couples after losing the hope in medicine, have visited the shrine, prayed for the gift of children and most of the received this favour. It is also a place of miracle for other ailments. Many critical ailments have been cured miraculously. Rev. Fr. Ivan D’Souza was the main celebrant of this mass. Fr Charles Serao superior of Infant Jesus Shrine, Fr Lancy Louis, Fr Rovel D’Souza and others were present during this event.
