Mangaluru Oct 20, 2016: Dakshina Kannada Interim Congress President Ibrahim Kodijaal criticizes Prime Minister Narendra Modi over Uniform civil code.

 Ibrahim Kodija...

Addressing media at Congress office today October 20 Thursday, he said that the case against to abolish triple Talaaq is now underway in Supreme Court. Modi would have called for special session before taking the decision of enforcing Uniform civil code as he is trying to hide his failures by enforcing the issue of Uniform civil code. Modi has taken oath to protect the rights of people and justice will be provided but so far it is out of reality, he added.

He said that, Modi should understand what Quran says and the verse in it permits a man to have up to four wives if she is unable to fulfill his sexual needs but with the condition that would provide for his wives equally,

Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s marital status came to light only after his regime, earlier people had thought that Modi is unmarried, Modi toured to 46 nations but not even once he has taken his wife along with him as he failed to provide justice to his own wife, he added.

Highlighting the failures of BJP government Kodijaal said that, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has disillusioned people for past two and half years with fake promises. Earlier Modi during his election campaign said that Rs 15 lakh will be deposited in the bank accounts of all Indians once the black money is recovered but so far not a single penny has been dispatched from swiss bank for which BJP need to answer.

So far in the name of cow vigilantes innocent Muslims have killed and atrocities on dalits continued but Modi preferred to be mute spectator and failed to provide justice for the people, he added.

Crores of money has been spent for Swaccha Bharath publicity, firstly Modi’s heart should be cleansed before making India clean. Instead of concentrating on unwanted matters it’s better to respond to the problems about farmers, said Kodijaal.

Constitution clearly says that, Prime Minister should intervene if the concerned state is going through serious problems but Modi failed to intervene in Cauvery and Mahadayi project and neglected the cries of people in Karnataka.

Youth Congress President Mithun Rai, Media Convenor TK Sudhir, AC Vinayaraj, Nazir Bajal and others were present.

Do not agree to Congress in this case. Modi has struggled hard in maintaining good relationship with other countries .Abolishing Triple Talaq is must as some take the advantage of it , the future will be ruined by such superstitions.
