ISTD signs MoU with MSNM Besant Institute of PG Management Studies

Mangaluru, March 18, 2020:  Indian Society for Training and Development (ISTD), Mangalore-Udupi Chapter and MSNM Besant Institute of PG Management Studies signed an MoU for mutual collaboration during their monthly meeting at the same college. It was also decided to encourage an ISTD student chapter at this College. Dr. Molly Chaudhuri, Director of MSNM Besant College and Prof Ramakrishna Chadaga, Chairman of the ISTD Chapter signed this MoU.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The meeting, chaired by Preetham Kamath, had educational sessions by Dr. Sukanya Rao, Shivani Baliga and Shwetha Pai on the topics Unconscious Bias, Emotional Intelligence and Stress Management respectively. The chapter has 50+ life members and is adding annual members too.

The chapter will provide a platform to HR personnel, trainers and educationists to upskill, network and seek professional opportunities. ISTD Mangalore-Udupi Chapter meets once a month, every second Saturday from 5pm to 7pm. As it is ISTD’s golden jubilee year, presently there is a 50% discount on membership fees till March 31, 2020. ISTD, established in April 1970, is a national level non-profit professional society registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860. ISTD organizes training programs all over the country both at chapter and national levels.
