Home nurse arrested for stealing cash from employer’s home

Udupi, Dec 09, 2023: Police have arrested a person at Bagalakote on the charges of committing theft in a house at Udupi where he worked as a home nurse.
The arrested man is Praveen Kumar Jalappa Haradolla (34). He had stolen Rs 3.45 lakh cash from the house where he worked and had escaped. Police have recovered Rs 3.13 lakh from him.
A person named Santosh had lodged a complaint stating that Praveen was appointed as a home nurse though a firm. However he went missing on the evening of December4 and had stolen the cash from home as well as the cash kept in the dash board of the Bolero Vehicle.
Police who began investigation into the case have succeeded in arresting the accused.
