Mangaluru, July 18,2017 : State BJP Chief B S Yeddyurappa has said that the Union Home Minister has assured an investigation by NIA into the RSS activist Sharath Madivala murder case in Bantwal.
Yeddyurappa said so while speaking to reporters after meeting Union Minister Rajnath Singh.
A BJP delegation comprising MPs Nalin Kumar Kateel, Shobha Karandlaje and Union Minister D V Sadananda Gowda which spoke to the Union Minister apprised him of the Bantwal incident and also demanded that probe into all the unsolved 24 politically motivated murders in the state should be entrusted to the NIA.
The delegation also demanded a ban on Popular Front of India and some other Muslim outfits and felt that only an NIA probe would bring justice in the Sharath Madivala murder case.
