Mangaluru, Nov 17, 2014: Mannagudda Gurji, the 145th Deeparadhana Uthsava of Sharavu Shri Mahaganapathi will be held on November 19.

Mannagudee Gurji Executive Committee Member Nandakumar said that Srinivas Group of Colleges Director A VijayalakshmiR Rao will inaugurate theBhajanprogramme at 5.30 pm and Indian Overseas Bank former MD Dr M Narendra will inaugurate the cultural programmes at 6pm. Various Bhajan troupes will perform in front of the gurjilater. Also, there will be a sitar recital by Kocchikar Devdas Pai on the occasion.

The formal programme will be presided over by Mannagudda Gurji Committee Vice President Ramanand Pangal. Sridevi Institute of Technology Principal Dr B R Samaga,Karnataka Bank General Manager M Raghavendra Bhat and Indian Overseas Bank Zonal Office General Manager R K Shetty will be the chief guests. Team Mangalore of International kite festival fame and Nagesh Rao, who went on a Himalayan bicycle voyage,will be felicitated. Various cultural programmes will be held between7.30pmand9.30pm, after the stage function.
