Mangaluru Nov 9, 2016: Chancellor of Nitte University Dr N Vinay Hegde laid foundation stone for Shakthi Residential School and College at Shakthinagar on Wednesday November 9.

Addressing the gathering, Vinay Hegde said that  Mangaluru city is growing with lot of schools and colleges coming up with good facilities for the overall development of the students. Students should be provided with highly qualified teachers who teach and treat students with love and affection, he said.

He also lauded entrepreneur and renowned builder KC Naik for his initiative in implementing the project."Naik is known for his amazing networking skills and his incredible ability to think one step ahead of the competition and is a  perfectionist in his work," he added.

Meanwhile Dr N Vinay Hegde released brochure of Shakthi Residential School and College.

Chairman of Alva’s Education Institution Dr M Mohan Alva said that private educational institutions are creating a silent revolution by imparting quality education.

Former Minister Krishna J Palemar praised  KC Naik for converting  Shakthi Nagar into a wonderful residential area through his astonishing projects in this area. Students should be provided with value based education which helps them  grow to greater heights, he added.
