Foreign Currency seized in Mangaluru Airport, DRI Arrests Kasaragod person

Mangaluru, Sep 1, 2017 : Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI) officials arrested a Kasaragod man Abdul Basheer in Mangaluru International Airport on August 31, Thursday and seized foreign currency worth Rs 20, 000 from the arrested.
The accused is reportedly a resident of Thalangere located near Kasaragod town and was reportedly transporting foreign currency illegally. The arrested youth was on his way to board Dubai bound flight in the airport when he was caught by the DRI officers, sources said.
