Dharmasthala: Logo of State Journalists’ Conference released

Dharmasthala, Jan 5, 2020: The logo of the State level Journalists’ Conference to be held in Mangaluru in February, was released at a function held at Vasanth Mahal in Dharmasthala on January 4, Saturday by Dharamdhikari Dr D Veerendra Heggade.

Speaking on the occasion, he said the  readership of newspapers increase when journalists present fact based reports as well as write-ups that develop an interest in reading among the masses.

He also hoped that the state level conference of journalists would help in ensuring  several facilities for journalists.

Shivananda Tagadoor,  President of State Journalists’ Association  highlighted the contributions of the coastal districts to the field of journalism. Srinivas Nayak Indaje, President of DK District Working Journalists’ Union, State Journalists’ Association  General Secretary Lokesh, District Information Officer Khader Shah and others were present.
