New Delhi, Jul 19, 2017 : A Delhi court on Tuesday reserved for August 1 its order on whether to put Indian Mujahideen (IM) operative Yasin Bhatkal on trial in four separate terror cases.
Additional Sessions Judge Sidharth Sharma reserved its order after concluding the hearing of arguments on charges in the cases.
While two cases relate to the 2010 Jama Masjid attack, the two other are on the 2008 serial blasts.
Bhatkal, his aide Asadullah Akhtar and other IM operatives are facing trial in the terror cases.
Bhatkal was awarded the death penalty by a Special NIA Court in December last year in a case related to the 2013 Hyderabad bomb blasts, which had claimed 18 lives.
