Mangaluru, Jan 18, 2021:     The remains of a  human foetus which was in a decomposed state was  found in a plastic bag on the roadside at Kenchanakere   near the Mulki-Kinnigoli state highway on January 17, Sunday. The Kilpady GP workers who were disposing waste found the plastic bag which was emanating unbearable stench.  Th bag also had two plastic gloves while another bag found nearby had a  nightie, some clothes and sanitary pad.
