This result will galvanise the rank and file of the party to do a repeat in Karnataka in 2018 when the state goes to the polls and accomplish party president Amit Shah’s vision of Mission 150+ and ensure that even people of the state benefit from BJPs good governance.

Addressing media s post announcement of election results on March 11,Saturday, he said the results amplify the leadership abilities of both Prime Minister Narendra Modi and party’s organizational skills of Amit Shah. "This is a reaffirmation of good governance given by Modi," he said adding it is also an equal rebuff of the dynastic politics practiced by the Congress and family politics that many of the regional parties that are in power in minor states are practicing, he noted.

The voters have also called the bluff of Congress and its allies which sought to brow beat the ruling BJP combine at the centre on its move to demonetize high value currency. This is a decisive vote by the people against black money and its resultant ills including corruption, he said, adding the people in general and the minorities in particular have collectively reaffirmed their faith in ability of the Modi government at the centre to reach out to all sections of the society.

The vote has also given clear signals to political parties that were all along merely appeasing the minorities and downtrodden sections of society that such policies do not pay dividends in the long run. "The Modi government has lived up to its promise of Sab Ka Saath, Sab Ka Vikas without discriminating against any particular section of society or following the divisive politics that appeasement of a particular section brings with it," he asserted.
