Congress is a broken house, not BJP : Monappa Bhandary

Mangalore, April 20, 2013: District BJP Spokesperson Monappa Bhandary has come down heavily on the Congress leaders for  their statement that the BJP was broken into three factions.

Speaking to reporters  here, Bhandary said the Congress had no right to make such statements, when it itself was a broken house. He also referred  to the rebellion that loomed large over the Congress  soon after the announcement of candidates. He ridiculed the Congress leaders who spoke much about unity, while its workers were on the streets.

The BJP is presently on a campaigning spree, he said and added it has already organised conventions in Mangalore, Moodbidri, Puttur and Sullia. He also claimed that the party has fielded efficient candidates.

Publicity Committee: The BJP has also formed its district level publicity committee with Monappa Bhandari as its convenor. KP Jagadish Adhikari, Sucharitha Shetty, Kayyur Narayan Bhat, Chandrahas Adyanthaya, Radhakrishna Rai and others were present.
