Mangaluru, June 04, 2018: BJP not getting the expected number of seats in five ’B’s namely Bengaluru, Belgaum, Bidar, Bijapur and Bidar resultingin the party falling short of a simple majority, said Party General Secretary and MLA C T Ravi.
Speaking to reporters here on June 4, Monday he termed the coalition between the Congress and JD(S) in the state as unholy and alleged that the two parties have formed the government despite opposition from the people.
Likening the opposition parties which want to defeat Modi in the 2019 elections to Pakistan and China, he said the line of thinking of the opposition parties was the same as Pakistan.
On the upcoming elections to teachers’ and graduates’ constituencies, he said the people who have supported BJP all these years would support the party this time too.
When the cattle trader Husainabba death case was brought to his notice, Ravi said the BJP never takes law into hands and nor does it support murderers.
Party leaders Ravishanker Mijar, Capt. Brijesh Chowta and others were present.
