Changes in train services due to the proposed track maintenance work

Mangaluru, Dec 19, 2023: Due to the proposed track maintenance work between Madgaon and Kumta stations in Konkan Railway, the following regulations were made to the train services:

 

SHORT TERMINATION OF TRAIN SERVICES

1. Train No. 06602 Mangaluru Central - Madgaon Junction Express Special journey commencing on 21st December 2023, at 05.30 hrs from Mangaluru Central will be partially cancelled between Kumta and Madgaon Junction. The train will end its journey at Kumta station on 21st December 2023 instead of Madgaon Junction.

CHANGE OF ORIGINATION OF TRAIN SERVICES

2. Train No. 06601 Madgaon Junction - Mangaluru Central Express Special journey commencing on 21st December 2023, at 13.50 hrs from Madgaon Junction will be partially cancelled between Madgaon Junction and Kumta. The train will originate its journey from Kumta station on 21st December 2023 instead of Madgaon Junction at 15.51 hrs.

Changes in train services

Due to the proposed Pre Non-Interlocked and Non-Interlocked work for commissioning the double line between Guledgudda Road and Bagalkot in Hubli Division, South Western Railway has notified the following regulations to train services:

SHORT TERMINATION OF TRAIN SERVICES

1. Train No. 07378 Mangaluru Junction - Bijapur Express Special journey commencing on 19th, 20th, 21st, 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 25th, 26th, 27th and 28th December 2023, at 14.50 hrs from Mangaluru Junction will be partially cancelled between Hubli Junction and Bijapur. The train will end its journey at Hubli Junction on 19th, 20th, 21st, 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 25th, 26th, 27th and 28th December 2023 instead of Bijapur.

CHANGE OF ORIGINATION OF TRAIN SERVICES

2. Train No. 07377 Bijapur - Mangaluru Junction Express Special journey commencing on 19th, 20th, 21st, 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 25th, 26th, 27th and 28th December 2023, at 18.35 hrs from Bijapur will be partially cancelled between Bijapur and Hubli Junction. The train will originate its journey from Hubli Junction on 20th, 21st, 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 25th, 26th, 27th, 28th and 29th December 2023 instead of Bijapur at 00.05 hrs.
