Speaking after the inauguration, Mr. Nazeer urged CREDAI to join hands with the government for improving the city’s infrastructure. Though Mangaluru was endowed with several advantages like connectivity and location, there were still some shortcomings, he said. CREDAI should look into these issues and offer solutions, he said.

Appreciating members of CREDAI Mangaluru for sustained growth, Mr. Reddy said the new premises had several facilities for the members and was bigger than the CREDAI Bengaluru office. He advised big players not to disturb builders of Mangaluru as the market was small.

CREDAI Mangaluru president Pushparaj Jain said lack of own space had been a concern for the organisation for its effective functioning.

The new permanent address was thanks to Mohtisham Builders offering the space at a subsidised price, he said. Mr. Jain assured that the association would work hard towards fulfilling the needs of the members as well as the public.
