I am happy to know that Dr. Ronald Fernandes got this award. I would have been happier had he declined to receive an award from a tainted system. However if the award is given by a totally upright committee consisting of honest people not under the influence of political leaders I take back my comment. On the other hand invisible hand of politics has guided the choice then Dr. Fernandes should have gracefully declined the award. How can be objective next time to criticize the same government?
