Mangalore, May 29, 2013: The CET 2013 results have brought cheers to Mangalore with four students bagging ranks in the Test the results of which were announced on May 28, Tuesday.
Medha Narayana Rao, student of Expert PU College, bagged second rank in medical, Agriculture(BSc and Indian System of Medicine and Homeopathy. Sachin Krishna Raj K of Canara PU College has secured fourth rank in medical in CET.
Sahan Alva bagged fourth rank in Engineering, while Varun Venkatesh and Saveeksha Kotekar have secured sixth and eighth rank in medical.
Medha Rao’s parents Narayan Rao and Shobha Rao are based in Qatar and she has been studying in Mangalore after her tenth standard.Medha has secured 94.7% in II PUC.
Sachin Krishna Raj K of Canara PU College, who has secured fourth rank in medical hails from Kasargod and both his parents Sukheesh Raj and Savithra Raj are doctors. He has also emerged successful in the Kishore Vaigyanik Prothsahan Yojana exams.
Varun Venkatesh, son of Dr Venkatesh Sanjeeva, a surgeon, and Lavanya, who secured sixth rank in medical says his hard work has yielded result.
