Body of young woman found on banks of Phalguni

Mangaluru, Aug 05, 2016: The body of a young woman named Yogini who had reportedly committed suicide on August 3 evening by jumping into the river at Gurupur was found on August 4 evening on the banks of the Phalguni river.

It has been gathered that Yogini who worked for a firm in Baikampady had not returned home on Tuesday. Though a search was conducted the same evening, it had to be suspended during night. The body was eventually found the next day evening.

Bajpe police have registered a case.
