Udupi , Nov 28, 2017: The District and Sessions Court has adjourned the hearing in the sensational businessman Bhasker Shetty murder case to December 23.
The hearing on Tuesday was held at Udupi Court through video conferencing with the prime accused Rajeshwari Shetty, Navaneeth Shetty and Niranjan Bhat who are lodged in Parappana Agrahara Prison in Bengaluru. Public Prosecutor Shanthi Bhai and advocate for accused Arun Bangera were present in the court.
During Tuesday’s hearing Arun Bangera argued that it would be difficult to place forth arguments as the CoD has not filed its additional charge sheet. He also pointed out that Rajeshwari has not secured bail from the High Court as well as the Supreme Court as the investigation is not complete.
