Bhasker Shetty case : Court issues non-bailable warrant against 2 accused

Udupi, Nov 17,2016 : A local court here has on November 16, Wednesday issued non-bailable warrants against Srinivas Bhat and Raghavendra, the accused in the sensational businessman Bhasker  Shetty murder case.


bhaskar sheetyIf three of the accused namely Rajeshwari, Niranjan and Navaneeth appeared before the court, Srinivas Bhat, the father of Niranjan and Raghavendra, car driver, who are out on bail, had failed to appear before the court.


The  judicial custody period of three of the accused has been extended till November 30.

Meanwhile, though Rajeshwari, the main accused in the case had applied for bail, the same could not be heard as  judge Shivashanker Amarannavar has been transferred.


The hearing of the bail application has been posted for November 30.
