Belthangady, Oct 21, 2016: The uniform of soldier Ekanath Shetty who was one among the 29 persons in the ill-fated IAF AN-32 which went missing over the Bay of Bengal on way to Andaman Nicobar islands in July, will be brought to his hometown on October 23.
A search for the missing aircraft as well as the soldiers has proved to be a futile exercise and all of them are believed to have been dead.
Army men will arrive along with the uniform by train at 10.30 am.
Later it will be taken to his residence at Guruvayanakere.
