Belthangady: Man missing since 4 days found dead in pit

Belthangady, Sep 13, 2015: A person hailing from Baradody in Melantabettu of Belthangady who was reported missing since nearly four days was found dead in a waste pit located in a private property in his village on September 13, Sunday.
The deceased person is Tamuni Mugera (48). His family which was searching for him opened the lid of the nearly eight feet deep pit only to find him dead inside.
The land where his body was found belonged to John Rodrigues. The cause of the death of Tamuni is not known.
He was a married man with a ten year old son.
Belthangady police are investigating the case.
