Mangluru, 29, April 2015: Yet another case of online cheating case reported from Mangaluru. This time fraudster misused the media of matrimony website and dupes a gullible prospective bride.

Befriends through matrimony site One Sanjay K Nambiar of Koramangala, Firt Block, Bengaluru through the matrimonial website which is used for match making of boys and girls, befriend with a girl from Mangaluru.

Both find it that they good match and initiate dialogue through chatting through internet. The culprit with clear pre planned intention of cheating the girl and gaining the wealth.

After both becoming confident of each other Sanjay started luring her money and valuables with sweet words. After, grabbing money and laptop worth of Rs.1,25,000 and the promising bride groom found missing.

According police, the girl filed an FIR stating that she was cheated by not returning cash and laptop provided by her in good faith.

Mangaluru City Police investigating case and sought the help of Cyber crime detection unit of the Karnataka Police. The police is confident of arresting the accused and collected information his whereabouts.
