Bantwal, July 12, 2018: There was some amount of tension  near the Sri Rama Vidya Kendra at Kalladka when some people  reportedly raised objection to the presence of two girls, both friends, belonging to different communities at a  house behind the school on July 12, Wednesday.

attack.jpIt is said the two young women had come to the residence of a relative of one of them, who is a Muslim. Some people who noticed this reportedly  tried to resort to a vigilante attack.

The Police on gathering a tip off that a group might   attack the house,rushed to the place and rescued the two girls. The two were later safely sent to their homes after making them board different buses at Melkar.

Sources said the two friends were supposed to leave for Bengaluru the same night.
