Bantwal : 5 members of family injured as car hits milestone

Bantwal, Dec 18 2019: Five persons of a family sustained injuries when the car in which they were travelling went out of control of the driver and hit a milestone near Maani on the National Highway on December 17, Tuesday night. The injured have been identified as Zubair, Siraj, Sharief of Talapady, Mustafa and Asif.
All of them are members of Talapady unit of SKSSF and were returning after attending a Samastha Conference held in Madikeri. One of them Siraj has sustained serious injuries.
The car which has overturned after hitting the milestone, has been badly mangled.
