BJP to carry Jan Sevak conventions throughout Karnataka: Ganesh Karnik

Mangaluru, Jan 10, 2021: BJP is all set to carry ‘Jan Sevak’ conventions to make Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ‘Pradhan Sevak’ imaginative and prescient well-liked in villages throughout the state, from Monday to Wednesday.

Speaking at a press conference in Mangaluru, Ganesh Karnik, BJP state spokesperson said that Chief Minister B S Yediyurappa would inaugurate the convention at Mysuru. Five teams of senior leaders have been constituted to participate in the conventions in different parts of the state.



Inaugural ceremonies will even be held on the identical day at Madikeri, beneath the management of Okay S Eshwarappa, minister for rural improvement and panchayat raj. Meanwhile, deputy chief minister Govind Karjol will inaugurate a conference in Gadag, minister of huge and medium scale industries Jagadish Shettar in Bidar and deputy chief minister C N Ashwath Narayan will launch a meet in Haveri, Karnik stated, including that every conference will witness the participation of 1,000 to 3,000 celebration employees.

Candidates supported by the BJP have bagged a thumping victory within the not too long ago held gram panchayat election, Karnik stated, including that candidates backed by the BJP have gained in 45,246 (52.4%) out of 86,183 seats in 5,670 gram panchayats of the state. “BJP supporters have secured a majority in 3,142 (55.4%) out of 5,670 gram panchayats,” he added.

The district unit of the BJP will organise a ‘Jan Sevak Samavesh’ at Amrith Garden Hall in Ambagilu on NH-66 on Tuesday. Minister for rural improvement and panchayat raj, Okay S Eshwarappa, BJP nationwide common secretary C T Ravi and others will attend this program. The newly elected gram panchayat members, backed by the celebration, will likely be felicitated on this event, stated Kuyiladi Suresh Nayak, president of the district unit of the BJP.

Nayak instructed reporters on Saturday, that 1,495 BJP-backed candidates out of 2,351 candidates gained within the latest gram panchayat election. This is a landmark victory, that can enhance the BJP’s morale within the run as much as the taluk and zilla panchayat elections which are not far away, he stated. The conference can also be a thanksgiving to the voters who supported the party-backed candidates, and thereby reposed confidence within the celebration, he stated.

The celebration will even organise varied new programmes formulated by the state BJP president Nalin Kumar Kateel and his group, together with pancharatna samiti, web page pramukh, kutumba milana and gram swarajya conventions, within the days forward. BJP in recognising the toil of its employees within the GP elections, will shift gears for the upcoming elections, he stated.
