Mangaluru, Feb 06, 2020: Brahma Kumari Shivani of the Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual University will deliver a series of discourses in the city.
Vishweshwari of Mangaluru Brahma Kumaris told media persons on Wednesday that the spiritual guide and mentor of international fame is visiting Mangaluru for the second time.
Shivani, who will reach Mangaluru on Thursday, will inaugurate a free counselling centre ‘Sanjeevni’ at Canopy apartments in Urva Stores.
Shivani will deliver a discourse to elected representatives and other VVIPs at Vishwa Shanti Mandir on Saturday (6 pm to 7 pm). She will also address regular devotees to Shanti Mandir on Sunday (7.30 am to 8.30 am). She will deliver a talk on health, happiness and harmony at T M A Pai International Convention Centre on Sunday (10.30 am to 12.30 pm).
In the second session planned on Sunday evening (5.30 pm to 7.30 pm), she speaks on ‘Pause for Peace’ at the same venue. Nearly 4,000 passes had been distributed to the public. “Following requests from public, we will erect LED screens in adjacent halls,” Vishweshwari said. Students of Sanathana Natyalaya and Sourabha Sangeetha Nritya Kala Parishat will present the cultural programmes.
Vishweshwari said Shivani has a deep understanding of spiritual knowledge which can be used to tackle practical life issues. Revathy founder of ‘Sanjeevni’ Counselling Centre and others were also present.
