Mangaluru, Oct 05, 2017:  An autorickshaw driver named Basheer Ahmed from Kodikal has reportedly ended his life by jumping into the river  Netravathi. He stopped his vehicle on the bridge  before resorting to the extreme step.

Kankanady Police and Fire service personnel are at the spot. The body of the driver is  yet to be found.
