Mangaluru, Aug 15, 2016:A media release states that the Institute of Konkani, St. Aloysius College, will offer two-year post-graduate diploma in Konkani in the correspondence mode.  The classes will commence next month, and admissions are now open. Those who have passed pre-university are eligible to apply.

The subjects for the first year comprise Konkani history, prose, drama and poetry.   Students will study folklore, literary criticism, linguistics, comparative literature, grammar and journalism in the second year.
