Mangaluru, Sep 15, 2016: Revenue Minister Kaagodu Thimmappa ordered officials to dispose the applications of 94(A) and 94(B) by the end of December and also to extend the date for submitting applications seeking regularization of houses on government land in rural areas under Section 94(c) of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act till October end.
Addressing the officials at the progress review meeting in DC office today September 15 Thursday, he said that nearly 14,000 and 26,039 application are pending to dispose under 94(A) and 94(B) act respectively which has to be disposed by December end.
He also suggested officials to hire meeting to sort out the issue as early as possible, if officials are lethargic strict action will be taken.
