74th Indian Independence Day at Shakthi Group of Institutions

Mangaluru, August 15, 2020: ‘The celebration of independence is not just restricted to 15th August, it should be incepted in every walk of life regularly. Every citizen needs to experience exhibit patriotism in his daily life’ said Baikady Janardan Achar, President of SKGI Co-operative Society, speaking on occasion of 74th Independence Day celebrations at Shakthi Group of Institutions in Mangaluru.

He further said, the sacrifice, the blood-shed and tears of innumerable freedom fighters is responsible for our successful Independent lives. We citizens of India ought to serve this nation with integrity and honesty to the benefit of our fellow-citizens to make the dreams of the Mahatma’s Rama Rajya come true.

He opined the youth especially the children who are the future citizens of India the need to be prepared in terms of being honest, compassionate and considerate along with education. This is the job of every Parent as well as Teachers. Shakthi Group of Institutions have been successfully inculcating discipline, moral values and patriotism through various platforms to contribute valuable citizens to this nation. He blessed the Institution for a prosperous future.

Dr. K.C Naik the Managing Trustee of Shree Gopalakrishna Temple, Sanjith Naik, the Secretary of Shakthi Education Trust,Saguna C Naik the Trustee of Shakthi Education Trust, Anju Alva Naik the Member of Shakthi Education Trust, Ramesh K the Chief Advisor, Prakyath Rai the Institute Development Officer, Prabhakara G.S., Principal, Shakthi PU College, Vidya Kamath, Principal Shakthi Residential School, Neema  Saxena, coordinator, Shree Gopalakrishna Pre-School, Krishna Kumar Administrator Shree Gopala Krishna Temple were present.

Ashwini Pai, Hindi Teacher, spoke on the significance of the Day. Deepthi compared the Show. All Teaching and Non-Teaching Staff were present. Students and parents were connected virtually.
