Nitte, Jan 12, 2017 : Under the Japan- Asia Youth Exchange Program in Science named SAKURA, an eleven member team from Nitte Usha Institute of Nursing Sciences of Nitte University, will be visiting Japan from January 17 to 26.
The team includes five post graduate students, two under graduate students and four faculty members. The programme is funded by the Japan Science and Technology Agency. During the ten day tour, the team will participate in discussions on nursing science and technology, improvement of services and such other aspects.
Prof. Fathima D’Silva, Principal of Nitte Usha Institute of Nursing Sciences will lead the team which also includes Prof. Ramananda Shetty, Vice Chancellor of Nitte University, Dr Indrani Karunasagar, Research Director and Dr Anirban Chakraborty among others.
