Karkala, Oct 12, 2018: The case of the mysterious missing of a three year old boy  from Kakkepadavu in Nandalike Golikatte, hours after he celebrated his birthday on October 11, Thursday  ended on a happy note  when the boy was found in a nearby forest area, which was just around 200 meters away from his  house.

The little boy Prashwik  who is the son of Prashanthi and Raghu   couple was playing on the   verandah of the house when he went missing thus sparking off rumours that he might have been kidnapped.  The parents immediately  complained to the police who swung into action and a search was launched for the boy. Eventually, the boy was found crying inconsolably inside the forest area.

It is not known how the boy entered the forest area.
