Mangaluru, Jan 28, 2020: Milestone25, a prestigious commercial project of Land Trades Builders & Developers situated at Collector’s Gate, Balmatta, Mangalore will be inaugurated on Thursday, January 30th, 2020 at 09:00 a.m. This will include inauguration of new office of Land Trades Builders & Developers situated on the fifth floor of the same building.

Milestone25 will be inaugurated jointly by Sri T. Satish U. Pai, Managing Director of Manipal Media Network Ltd., and his wife Smt. Sandhya S. Pai, Managing Editor of Taranga Kannada Weekly. Dr. KalladaPrabhakarBhat, President of Sri Rama Vidyakendra Trust (R), Kalladka will unveil the idol of Lord Ganesh situated in the entrance lobby of the new building. Al Haj Yenepoya Abdullah Kunhi, Chancellor of Yenepoya University and Chairman of The Yenepoya Group will inaugurate the new office of Land Trades Builders & Developers. Former District in-charge minister of DK District Sri J. Krishna Palemar, MLC Sri Ivan D’souza, former MLA Sri J. R. Lobo, MCC Corporator Sri Naveen D’souza and Rev. Fr. Joseph J. Lobo, parish priest of Milagres Church, are the guests of honour on the occasion. Sri Mahabaleshwara M. S., Managing Director and CEO of Karnataka Bank Ltd., will preside over the formal function.

In order to reduce traffic congestion during the inauguration ceremony, special arrangements are made for vehicle parking at Shanthi Church Grounds, Mission Compound.
