’Doing a tremendous job’- Police commissioner praises cops

Mangaluru, July 04, 2019:  City Police Commissioner Sandeep Patil has appreciated the style of functioning of the police personnel  in the Commissionerate limits by stating that they were doing a tremendous job.

 

He was speaking at a ceremony held at the Police Community Hall here on July 4, Thursday to promote 143 police personnel to higher ranks.

The commissioner stated that with promotion comes higher responsibility on the shoulders of police personnel. The police men must be ready to prepare any challenge that comes their way while performing their duty, the Commissioner stated.

 He also exhorted police personnel to update their knowledge about computers and internet in the wake of rising cyber crimes.

DCP (Law and Order) Hanumantharaya, DCP (Crime and Traffic) Laxmi Ganesh and others were present.
